Notes to the rental rates:
An additional charge of € 50 per extra person is
payable if there are more than 6 people staying in the
property. This is to cover additional laundry and cleaning
costs.
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the
balance payable 6 weeks before occupation.
The security deposit is € 400 which will be returned
after your stay within 14 days if there are no damages.
