The
exterior of El Olivo Grande
The place where you will probably be spending most
of your time is the outside terrace. It is very large
and is partially covered, protecting you from the
strong Spanish sun during the hottest hours. At the
end of the terrace there is an outdoor kitchen with
a sink, working space, a grill and a hob so you can
prepare your meals outside. In summertime it is covered
with a beautiful grapevine.
The terrace overlooks the gorgeous pool, with a children’s
pool attached on the end. The pool has a salt water
system, using less chorine than normal pools which
is better for your skin and eyes.
There is a small terrace next to the pool with a parasol
for shade and an outdoor shower to rinse off suntan
lotion before you go swimming. There are plenty of
sun beds, chairs and tables making this villa the
perfect place for families to holiday together. BBQ
outside, and dine al fresco while watching the children
play.

In
front of the house there is ample space for parking
cars within the grounds. In the garage you will find
a washing machine which is available to use if needed.
The size of the whole finca is about 18.000 square
meters. There are all kinds of fruit trees and especially
the fig trees are bearing lots of fruit in the summer;
delicious with Serrano ham and goats cheese! You will
also find almond trees and lemon trees bearing fruit.
Half of the Finca is an olive grove and each year
in November the owners harvest the olives for their
own Extra Virgen olive oil. The biggest olive tree
stands at the entrance to the house. It is more than
200 years old and was the inspiration to the name
of the Finca “El Olivo Grande”...
